I’m usually fairly strict with my daily routine, what I eat, and being super healthy- throughout the week. With that being said though, routine can quickly turn into a slow, painful death otherwise known as boredom. Walking at a 15 incline at a pace of 2.5 for 30 minutes is the furthest thing from exciting – more like excruciating.
Recently though, I got a sponsored ad on IG, about this app called Aaptiv.
You can sift through tons of classes, be it on the treadmill, the bike, even stretching. Depending on how hard you want to push yourself, the length of the classes vary. It’s so fun! It seriously upped the ante in my cardio sessions, because let’s face it – cardio effing blows.
You can sign up with a free trial for 7 days, and after that it’s $9.99 a month, but it’s worth it!
I like the app because theres no pressure, unlike some communal classes.
You guys should try it out, and you might just hate it, but prob not.
